Good to know

  • Freight, customs clearance, inspection and PRC legal work are carried out by licensed partners. You deal with one contact and receive one quote.
  • Some products need approval before import, for example food, cosmetics and medical devices, and products under mandatory national standards. We flag these before you ship.
  • Our regular shipping route runs to Thailand. For other destinations, including the Gulf, we quote through partner forwarders.

How much does shipping from China cost?

It depends on the product, volume, weight, route and customs treatment. Send us the details and we reply with a written price and transit time.

What is Form E?

Form E is the certificate of origin under the ASEAN–China Free Trade Agreement. With a valid Form E, many goods made in China qualify for reduced or zero import duty in ASEAN countries.

Can you buy from 1688 or Taobao for me?

Yes. Send us the product links. We pay the seller, receive and check the goods at our China warehouse, and ship them with your other orders.

Do you ship to countries other than Thailand?

Our regular routes run to Thailand. For other destinations, including the Gulf, ask us and we will quote through partner forwarders.
