This policy explains how Landing China handles personal data you give us through this website and our messaging channels. We follow Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and apply the same standard to clients from every country.
What we collect
- Details you send us: name, company, email, phone or messaging ID, country, travel dates and your message.
- Basic technical data from our hosting and analytics providers, such as pages visited. Our analytics do not use cookies.
- When you use the free trip planner, we record your choices (cities, days, month, budget, passport country and interests) and which website or app brought you here, without your name or contact details, to improve our guides and services.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote (steps you request before a contract).
- To deliver the services you book (performance of a contract).
- To meet legal obligations, such as accounting records.
Who we share it with
Only with partners needed to deliver your service, such as licensed travel agencies, logistics and customs partners, and professional advisers, and only the details they need. We do not sell personal data.
Transfers abroad
Delivering services in China may require sharing some details with partners in China. We share only what is necessary for your booking or project.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Email info@landingchina.com. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
